Are there any fees to join? We never charge listing, setup, or monthly fees. We do, however, charge a 7% fee for the duration your unit is rented. For more information on pricing feel free to give us a call or email us with your concerns.
What benefits will I receive as a partner and will you be adding more benefits in the future? All properties receive prime placement in search results. Additionally, partners can access a dedicated support team that prioritizes listings and a direct line to a customer support liaison. We're always looking to add as much value to our partner network as possible, and will continue to assess partner needs and add new benefits based on demand.
Is there a minimum term commitment or can I cancel my partnership anytime? There is no minimum term commitment associated with your membership in our Partner Network; you can cancel any time. However, we do require a written 30-day request to cancel partnerships. During this process, we will identify any current leases and determine exact end dates.
Once I join the partner network how long will it take for my benefits to kick in? After you have been accepted your benefits will kick in within 24 hours.
Is becoming a partner open to the public? Yes, but we must review your property and make sure it is well maintained and operated. We reject more properties than we accept as your location must also fit certain demographics based on our network algorithm.
